Men’s Formula [Glandular] was specifically formulated for men 40 and older who seek a nutritional boost for a healthy prostate gland. Each capsule contains 190 mg of saw palmetto extract (Serenoa repens) standardized to 20 percent essential fatty acids; 54 mg of concentrated pygeum extract (Prunus africana) standardized to 2.5 total sterols, calculated as beta-sitosterol; 35 mg of standardized lycopene beadlets, a powerful antioxidant; 10 mg of stinging nettle extract (Urtica dioica) standardized to 2 percent plant silica; 115 mg of gotu kola; and 5 mg of zinc.
For intensive use: take 3 capsules twice daily with morning and evening meals.
