CleanStart is easy to take, gentle and balanced for more complete results. It also tastes good. Each program contains 28 daily drink packets and 28 capsule packets.

Each drink packet contains:

• Psyllium fiber (adds bulk that absorbs and helps push toxins through the intestines and helps eliminate dietary fat).
• Modified maltodexatrin (dietary soluable fiber, no sugar), is a concentrated form of soluable dietary fiber. It can be used by some beneficial intestinal bacteria to increase their chnaces of survival and growth in the intestine.
• Potassium (an essential mineral that can be lost during cleansing).
• Dehydrated Aloe Vera Juice (soothes the gastrointestinal tract and acts as a digestive tonic).
• Bentonite (acts like a magnetic sponge to attract and remove unwanted toxins and bacteria from the intestinal tract).
• Chlorophyll (sodium Copper Chlorophyllin) is a natural bowel "sweetener;" it helps deodorize the bowel and prevent odor, increase blood oxygen, purify the blood and libricates the ileo cecal valve).
• Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana). this non-toxic, non-fattening herb contains stevioside, a natural constituent that is 300 times sweeter than sugar (sucrose).

Natural apple-cinnamon or black currant and raspberry flavoring. Half of the fiber in CleanStart is from psyllium hulls and half is from modified maltodextrin for a smoother taste

Each capsule packet contains:

LBS II contains:

• cascara sagrada acts as a colon cleanser and as a laxative. Useful for colon disorders, constipation, and parasitic infestation.

• ginger cleanses the colon, reduces spasms and cramps, and stimulates circulation. A strong antioxidant and effective antimicrobal agent for sores and wounds. Useful for bowel disorders, circulatory problems, fever, hot flashes, indigestion, morning sickness, motion sickness, nausea, and vomiting.
• licorice cleanses the colon, decreases muscular spasms, increases fluidity of mucus in the lungs and bronchial tubes, and promotes adrenal gland function. Has estrogen- and progesterone-like effects; may change the pitch of the voice. Also stimulates the production of interferon.
